Apple Brings Mobile Tricks to Macs; Refreshes Macbook Air : NPR
Apple and Steve Jobs once again woos the crowd with another release of new products. With the release of a new operating system "OS X Lion," Apple has finally brought the application market to their desktop and laptop computers. They also released a new "iLife" series, Apple's bundle of programs. The biggest release was the new Macbook Air. There are negative reviews already of the new Macbook. Are you one of Apple's fans? Or do you think it's just a bunch of shiny overpriced stuff?
i feel like they are always coming out with new stuff that is pretty much a slightly altered version of old things they invented. but people seem to love it so i might not be seeing something they do.

ReplyDeletei'm a complete technophile - my phone is linked to my internet/email/etc in so many countless tangled ways, it's like i have mu computer in my pocket all the time. it has made my life easier in a lot of ways as things get more and more connected, but it sure doesn't save me any time. it's an interesting question, how much we should allow technology to invade our lives.
